Getting started with Klaviyo For Neto - Step 1

Connect Neto and Klaviyo

1. Go to https://klaviyoforneto.com/get-started

2. Enter your store URL

3. Log in with your Neto credentials

4. Find your Klaviyo Public Key and Private Key via this link:
https://www.klaviyo.com/account#api-keys-tab

Note: If there’s no private key, click “Create API Key” to create a new one:

5. Enter them on the next page on Klaviyo For Neto:

6. Click “Connect to Klaviyo”

7. Select your Klaviyo list:

8. Click “Save and Continue”.

That’s it! Your Neto site will now start syncing to your Klaviyo account.

Install Analytics Script

1. Copy the Site Script

2. Go to your Neto Control Panel

3. Select Settings & tools > All settings & tools

4. In the Settings & tools page, select Custom Scripts

5. Click “Add New”

6. Enter the Name: “Klaviyo For Neto”

7. Paste the script from step 6 into the Page Header field

8. Save

And that’s really it! Installation complete.

Set up Product Feed (optional)

To use Klaviyo Product Feeds and Product Blocks in emails, you need to link up your product catalogue by following the instructions below:

1. Copy this URL from the Klaviyo For Neto admin page:

2. Log in to your Klaviyo account

3. Visit this hidden URL where you can manage your catalogue sources: https://www.klaviyo.com/catalog/sources

4. Click Add Source

5. Fill in the information about your catalog:

Name – the name of your custom catalog – e.g. “Neto Product Feed”.

URL – enter the url from step 1

Username and Password – Leave these blank

6. After filling in your custom catalog information, click ​ Add Source.

7. Click on the name of the feed you just added to edit the feed.

8. Klaviyo will show a warning about the $categories field. Change this to categories.

9. Click Update Field Mappings

10. To complete the catalog setup, contact Klaviyo and we will enable your custom catalog inside of your account
